Silver Line Building Products

I moved into a new house in April 2015. My house was outfitted with a Silver Line sliding patio door. In October of 2015 the outer pane of the sliding patio door shattered spontaneously. I contacted silverline asking for warranty information. The Silver Line reps said the product is covered under warranty and that for $275 my window will be replaced. The money was for shipping and labor costs. I paid the $275. Three months later a technician came with the wrong part. He informed me he would order the correct part and return in 3-4 weeks to replace the patio door. It has been 6 weeks and the part hadn't even been ordered until I called Silver Line to complain. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I am expecting that my patio door will never be replaced.","neg-1
