Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] has sat with different people in the billing depTo resolve these fees and has msde arrangements with [redacted] and [redacted] and has paid them both in full to take care of those fees and other charges and now tht those two are nolonger with this company a 3rd person [redacted] is there trying to collect the same fees and charges again in which I do not have to give I am not working much but is making my rent payment of plus my utility payment in full and if im late with either I includes my late charges without a problem so my lease is up on March and iwould not be able to stay my last month due to me having to have surgery in March in Louisiana I wouldn't be able to stay but was willing to make my last rent payment of and my utilities although I wouldn't be there so no that they are treating to lock me out by changing the locks what do I do now ? I strongly feel this is not right.I just do not understand this and wish I did because I wouldn't be wasting anyone's time behind all this

We do not have a package for this resident in the office We are not liable for any packages delivered to our office for residents We will not be offering any financial settlement

We have settled this issue on site with resident Resident was in office today discussing payment arrangements for the balance owed Also stating she will be vacating by the end of the month

We will no longer respond to this complaint We have pictures of all chargesFormer resident is more than welcome to contact us directly

I am rejecting this response because: the post office is stating they delivered
it to your front officeIf you're not liable for packages received, than why accept packages in the first place? The way your front office staff accepts, receives, and tracks delivered packages to the front office is beyond unprofessionalNo wonder packages are lost or misplacedI wouldn't be surprised if the front office stole my packageIf the post office is stating they delivered it to the front office, how does that not make your company reliable? I'm sure if your front office lost my rent check, you would still hold me reliableYou're response is certainly unacceptable and your company should be ashamed of yourselves

All fees that have been charged are valid nd the account balance stands

We have settled this issue on site with resident.  Resident was in office today 2.24.15 discussing payment arrangements for the balance owed.  Also stating she will be vacating by the end of the month

No deposit was refunded because the previous resident owes a balance to the property due to damages to the unit.  A statement is being resent to them to show charges.

I am rejecting this response because:   The notice was never sent to the forwarding...

address I hand deliver them with the keys.  It is also past their 30 days policy on the contract I signed.  Also I would like to see the list of the so called damage that was made before I accept any response.  I have my original form that I filled out apon  move in with tons of damage.  I  will compare it to the "new damage" list.  Further more I do not like how they are treating this case.  They have obviously not learned from anything, and think they can get away with anything.
