We are writing this email regarding a complaint from Mr. [redacted], We have spoken with the client and apologized for the issues that have happened and apologized. We did have some issues with the property markers, the may have been moved by the general contractor on the rear...
property or mistaken for the property behind the home, we do know there were other instances on the same street by the surveyor. The lay out for the pool , fence and shed were only estimates given to us and not marked out by the home owner. With this season being so hot and dry and broke many records we did have some hiccups in our scheduling and did our best to ensure we could take care of our clients , but we couldn't be every where as promised. Along with the weather, Mr [redacted] did have an unconventional hours and conflict with our schedule we were delayed in making repairs with this coordination. We look forward in retaining Mr. [redacted] as a future client.
