In May 2012, my son and daughter rented apartment [redacted] at Silver Ridge Apartments. I was the co-signer on said lease. My son moved out in May of 2013 and my daughter continued to reside there until May 11, 2014. She gave the property manager notice of her intent to move on April 5th, 2014, as agreed upon in the lease. She received a form telling her of the move out requirements. She was instructed to have the carpets professionally cleaned and submit the bill to the office to avoid being charged for it. She did as instructed even though it was not part of the lease agreement. All personal items and garbage were removed from the premises (including the satelite dish and stand, and the apartment was vacuumed and the all counters were wiped down. When first moving in, we paid a $99. "redecorating fee" which was taken in advance for when the resident vacated the premises, as indicated in the lease. The office was closed as it was Sunday evening when we finished moving, so the two keys, two mailbox keys, the pool pass and the bill from the carpet cleaner were put in the mailbox in one envelope. We then received a bill for $220. for carpet cleaning, cleaning, painting and not returning one mailbox key. They were no "damages" listed on the bill. The complex says they only received one mailbox key and apparently couldn't find the carpet cleaning bill even though everything was returned in one envelope. I called and spoke to [redacted] on 6/3/14 who informed me that she was "too busy to give me her undivided attention" and that she would call me back. To date I have not received a phone call and I sincerely believe that she has no intention of resolving this issue. They original lease says they only issued one mail key, however we did receive two and returned two. It would also seem to me that after two years, painting would be considered normal wear and tear and covered by their "redecorating fee". I am concerned that this will be sent to collection and cause problems with all our credit.Product_Or_Service: 5/11/2012Desired SettlementI would like these charges removed and their assurances that it will not be sent to collection and have a letter sent to me indicating so. I am concerned that this will cause problems with our credit and may create problems with my daughter securing a rental in the future.

I applied to rent a town home but my application was incomplete do to missing information. due to an emergeny we were not able to continue with the application and advise [redacted] , leasing assistant, we will withdrawl. She continue with depositing down payment check and credit check, which was not performed. [redacted] advise me today we will not be refunded due to us canceling our request. [redacted] advise me our application was not completed on January 2, 2016 and she could not process our application. She still proceeded with depositing our check even though services were never rendered nor completedProduct_Or_Service: residenceDesired Settlementwe would like to be refunded for the deposit check of the amount of $300.00 and a credit check amount of $70.00.
