Went to Milford Audiology for a hearing test, As I lost my hearing aids Test was given and I was informed I would hear from them once the test was reviewed by a Doctor I did not hear form them for approximately weeks I called and spoke with the office manager I inquired as to what the next step in the process I was informed she could not locate me or have records of my visit I did tell her she has terrible paperwork skills and how could they not locate me The manager did say something but I was unable to hear it I told her I should look for anther audiologist and hung up I contacted my Primary care and was informed that Milford Audiology did not send the results of the test to them for approval of hearing aids I had my primary contact Milford Audiology to request the paper work to get the process started for me to get my hearing aids Another two three weeks have gone by I called and left messages several times with only one call back by the audiologist She i
