I called for a cab from ** *** *** an I waited an hour Which I understand because sometimes it gets busy As soon as the cab got there it didn't even give me a minute it started continuously beeping He seem like he was frustrated and angry about something and started to take his frustration on me by telling me to shut up when I said it took an hour He never gave me a chance to really speak and explain myself call me stupid I started to feel uncomfortable being a woman and I asked him to drop me somewhere closer so I could walk the rest of my wayHe continue to follow me and shout things to me I'll be waiting for you even though I paid him I feel as though I'm in harms way in the cabWhen I called the company to inform them what was going on they hung up on me before I could even talk
WORST service ever!!! First my daughter took one of these taxi home from lynn...a mile rideNo machine on, no explaining the price when she got in, but when she got home he charged her $30! THEN (and this is the kicker) only had change enough to leave himself a $tip! I asked the man to explain his pricing because he never explained it to my daughter, he just gave me a card and told me to call the companyWhen I called I got hung up on not once but times!!! I then went to their website to complain about their service, but it was just the same contact info that was on the card! HORRIBLE customer service and a scam!! Literally taking people for a ride!
