The service from the hygienist and dentist were normal, usual, average; professional I guess The problem exists with the bait and switch they pulled on me When I called to schedule my first appointment I specifically asked if they offered dental whitening trays with PPO insurance and was told yes On the day of my appointment I inquired about it again and was told yes While in the exam chair the hygienist mentioned it to me because he read it in my notes Thing is I never received them The week after my visit I called on a Friday leaving a message with the answering service being assured someone would call on Monday; of course that didn't happen either I called on Tuesday to discuss the whitening trays thinking it was human error/mistake/etcPatty the manager informed me that I would receive the trays after I paid for a service costing $She even tried to blame me for not taking responsibility to specifically ask to have the molds made after my exam and cleaning Sor
