Silver Sage RV Park

I reserved an RV site with Silver Sage RV Park for July 31 through August 3rd 2014. I mailed the $100 deposit and then was notified they wanted the entire amount of $200 because it was [redacted], so I mailed the second check for another $100.00 on June 10th. I called on July 11th to cancel the reservation. I asked if I would get my $200 back and was told yes if they rented all the sites. I called on August 1st and was told they were full for the weekend. I called several weeks later in August to get my refund and was told the paper work had been sent to the owners. I called again September the 15th and was told they would inform the owner again. I have waited now for three months for my refund.
