Silver Script Insurance

I received a bill for $90.00 in February 2019 from Silver Script for my disabled daughter. I immediately called and asked what was going on because I had no idea what Silver Script was. The representative, Tyresha, explained that, somehow, my daughter was enrolled in this program in 2013, was not charged, and that we owed money, for January, February, and March 2019 - $30.00 per month. I explained that we did not enroll her, nor did we want this service and was appealing the $90.00. I was told to fill out paperwork to cancel this service. I did so, and on March 5, 2019 this was canceled. I received a bill for $60.00 again in March, called and appealed this amount, explaining that we did not sign up for this service, never used it, didn't even know it existed, and would not pay it. I was told that I would be called back within 24 hours and did not receive a call back. I received another bill for $60.00 on April 22 and, again called Silver Script. I explained the situation, and was told that it was all taken care of and that we had a zero balance. On May 22, 2019 I, again, received a bill for $60.00 from Silver Script. I talked to a rep and immediately asked to be transferred to a supervisor. Supervisor Jennea came on the phone and I explained the situation yet again. She explained that my daughter was somehow enrolled through Medicare and that sometimes Medicare automatically enrolled people over 60 for this prescription insurance. I explained that my daughter had never been on Medicare and was only 29 years old. She was shocked and didn't understand how this happened but would check into it. She also said that the representative that told me that we had a zero balance in April was looking at a 2012 screen. I asked how this was possible since I was told that we had, somehow been enrolled in 2013. She had no answers. She called the enrollment department to get an answer as to how my daughter had been enrolled in this program and they told Jennea that they had no idea how my daughter was enrolled in this program. After over an hour on the phone with Jennea, I was told that I would receive a call back within 24 hours from someone from the "Senior Team". Noone called.
