Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
When I was in DrS***'s office with *** on September 10, DrS*** diagnosed her with Lyme's disease, sent me home with medication to treat that, and told me to come back in daysHe NEVER said she had a compressed disk and needed surgery or euthanizedFor this he charged $1, After being home for minutes I had to rush her back to an emergency vet to run ALL THE SAME TESTS DrS*** had just charged me forThey diagnosed her compressed disk, it was confirmed the next morning by a specialist who performed her back surgery My complaint is that DrS*** never mentioned *** had a compressed disk or that she needed surgery or euthanasiaHe led me to believe Lyme's was causing the issue in her back and if we treated it, her back would get betterIn fact, had I left her back untreated she would have been in excrutiating pain, and paralyzed fairly quicklyI am asking for half my money back ($401.66) which I think is more than fairRegards,

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: When I was in Dr. S[redacted]'s office with [redacted] on September 10, Dr. S[redacted] diagnosed her with Lyme's disease, sent me home with medication to treat that, and told me to come back in 30 days. He NEVER said she had a compressed disk and needed surgery or euthanized. For this he charged $1,130.60. After being home for 20 minutes I had to rush her back to an emergency vet to run ALL THE SAME TESTS Dr. S[redacted] had just charged me for. They diagnosed her compressed disk, it was confirmed the next morning by a specialist who performed her back surgery. My complaint is that Dr. S[redacted] never mentioned [redacted] had a compressed disk or that she needed surgery or euthanasia. He led me to believe Lyme's was causing the issue in her back and if we treated it, her back would get better. In fact, had I left her back untreated she would have been in excrutiating pain, and paralyzed fairly quickly. I am asking for half my money back ($401.66) which I think is more than fair.Regards,
