Although this company is in the business of customer service it never delivers The Company makes appointments to repair appliances by giving customers a hour window Although I have taken off from work to wait for the repair person, on two different occasions the person has not shown up Unfortunately the Home Warranty Company that came with our home uses this company as a service provider and I was stuck I had two claims month apart, and both times the technician did not show up and had to reschedule Taking time off from work costs money and this Company with their no show up appointments are causing consumers to lose actual earnings and it is not always easy or free to take off yet another half day from work just because they are incompetent I hope others will be wary in dealing with this company
