I brought my car in for a full detail and the technician broke my ac vent I contacted the owner who responded at first but now ignores me I brought my car to the North Miami location on 11/12/for a full detail using a $Groupon When I picked it up I was charged $extra and I gave the technician a $tip When drove away I noticed that the driver side A/C vent had been broken It was not like this when I dropped the car offI immediately went back to the facility and spoke to the technician who admitted to breaking it (although he accepted my tip and let me drive away without telling me he had done it in the first place) The tech, Anthony, who had done the work asked me to come back to see the mechanic but the location is too far for me to get there after work and before it closes So I emailed the owner to let him know The owner responded to my original email asking what he could do to help but has not responded to any of my subsequent attempts to contact him

I took my car to this car wash to get it detailed on a SaturdayWhen I went to go pick my car up the people working on my car let me know their mechanic was on the way because they had gotten my emergency break stuck when they pulled it to clean underneath itThe mechanic never showed and just talked them through the processThey forcefully pushed the emergency break down and told me it was okay to driveAlthough the button was still pushed inThey asked me to come back in a week so their mechanic can look at itI took my car to my own mechanic immediately and he let me know I have been driving with the emergency break onit cost me over $to get it fixed and this car wash company has yet to contact meI have called them times, left messages and wrote an emailNot one single person has reached out to me and its been over two weeks
