Review: I contacted this company for limousine service. The charges were to be $1590.00 total (the 20% gratuity of $318.00) was to be waived against the total. They offered this as a discount.

They were to bill me $795.00 the day I booked the service, and $795.00 the day of the service, totaling $1590.00 per copy of the bill. Instead they billed $954.00 twice, (adding the $318.00 back to the $1590.00)

In addition they billed another $636.00 days later (twice the $318.00, for a total of $954.00 in overcharges)

They billed me through a network billing service as "[redacted] Limo" on my visa.

I called them - they refused to rebate the charges and hung up. I then went and filed a complaint with the [redacted] Police Dept.

This is a pattern with this company (not an innocent mistake)

There are several complaints on the internet about this company doing the same to other people.Desired Settlement: I would like the overcharge of $954.00 refunded.

Review: I booked this limo company for my wedding. Right from the day I booked the limo this company has been dishonest. They charged my debit card the entire amount of the reservation even though their policy said something totally different. 3 weeks later they charged me an additional $675, totaling $2025. I called several times asking them to refund the money they overcharged me. Each time I called the person told me the refund was processed when in fact none of the money was returned to me. After further investigation of this company I found several reviews from overs who had this same problem with billing, and also not having the limo they booked show up for their event. I researched further and discovered the limo they booked for my wedding was the stretch H2 hummer which is in fact ILLEGAL in the sate of CT. At that point I called and cancelled the service. I am not sure how this company continues to get away with this.Desired Settlement: I want all my money returned. $2025. This company appears to be scamming people out of money and attempting to rent out illegal vehicles.

Review: I m getting married in July. My bachelorette party is June 20th. My wedding party booked Sliver Star Liver limo in [redacted]. The total amount was $1680 which they took the total amount out in two payments which is 100 % okay. They took out an extra $800 which we tried to resolve on our own but we had to get the credit card company involved. They still have our $1680.00 for the service that we paid for which is fine, we still need the limo. My maid of honor emailed them today to confirm service for Saturday and they said they are no longer coming, and have not given back the money at all. I have tried many times to call them and no one will help me all they say is its because of the credit card issue. (which was because they OVER charged us $800.00. I have read reviews on them an they have left brides with no ride the day of their wedding and they were paid for the services. We do not want to use them we just want our money back. Review: The molding around the doors where falling off everytime you open the door, there was no glasses inside the limo, just a stack of plastic cups, was told that there would be refreshments, there was none. Was told if we could have champagne in the limo, then called back for a second bottle was told we couldn't then was called back and was told the driver would stop to pick up another bottle. Was suppose to be picked up at 8:00pm, the limo should up around 30-40 minutes late. The lights on the outside were blown and not working. It looked like a rush job by the way everything was looking. The mats in the back were up side down. The driver was told on numerous occassions to stop at a place and he drive right through, was told to go to places and was given directions and ended up getting to the place at a longer time. Being late made us late at different events that we were planned to attend. A email was sent to the company and the comp-any within a two day periord call my phone over 30 times after being told I can't get calls at work and I couldn't answer the phone but kept calling and calling after be notified of it.Desired Settlement: Not a total refund because we did use the service, but because of all the complaints above at least a discount on the service.
