Silver State refuses to even return my phone call for service appointment confirmation.They installed defective parts that are still under warranty and will not return to determine which part they installed was defective.Product_Or_Service: [redacted]Desired SettlementMake the service call and determine which of the parts is defective,per their agreement with [redacted], and fix the appliance.Business Response This customer was not a warranty call. The parts were not defective. The manufacture replaced the unit. The manufacture was to contact the customer.
