I (the office manager) explained to him that I needed the owner to sign the check and that the owner wanted to talk to him regarding what had happened. He left the office stating that he had no interest in talking to the owner of the company and that since I refused to write him the check that he was going to file a complaint. The owner tried calling him a couple of times and the customer did not answer or call back. At that time, the afternoon of the 12th (the same day he came in), the owner wrote him a refund check.
