Silver State Heating & Air Conditioning

Two Air Conditioners were not working. Quoted around $900 to repair. Got second opinion and it was a matter of pushing the two reset buttons.FRAUDWe called the company and they sent out two techs to determine the cause of our two air conditioners not working. Finally they determined the pressure switch on both units was broken and would need to be replaced for around $450/unit. We got a second opinion and it was a matter of them pushing the reset buttons on both pressure switches. I called and confronted the business and they just danced around and gave me ridiculous answers. Hard to dodge the FRAUD bullet. Having been in technology my entire life, I can tell you their response was nonsense--something to the order of they sometimes reset themselves--I can just see the small hand coming out of the switch and pushing its own button. I told them they need to return my $25 for service call and pay the other company's service call of $125 otherwise, this complaint will get legs. They had no interest in correcting the situation which is consistent with someone who routinely takes advantage of people. If there rating remains A+ then there is something wrong with the Revdex.com system. I will watch carefully to see how this is handled. Often you send to the company, they wave their hands in the air and then the Revdex.com sends a response back to the consumer saying there is no issue. I do not expect that to happen this time when the company was flat out caught in the act of defrauding a senior citizen. The second company even said that if they had to replace the pressure switches it would take only one hour in total and the cost of the parts. Unlike Silver State--they had hours of work defined in the effort.
