Silver summit did the rehab on the house we bought, owners gave us the contract with this companyIn the laundry room the doors were not up to code, we were tagged by the city to get them fixed since we got a A/C installed, and they saw the issueOur laundry room where the water heater is not ventilation making the house unsafeWhen [redacted] at silver summit was approached about the issue he has claimed they were the original doors I took his word for it, but did do some home work, and found before rehab pictures, in which they did fix the doors The main point of the complaint is to show the disrespect this contractor had towards a customer, when [redacted] was confronted about the doors being replaced he sent this text MSG I didn't lie about anything as your pictures surely showWe are only obligated on work we changed not existingPlus that should have been caught by home inspection and taken up with the sellerSince you like to be a mn and threaten"

Our home was remodeled by Silver Summit and sold to us after the remodelWe cannot speak more highly of the business ownersWhen we had concerns over a few issues with the home (after closing) they quickly addressed the concerns, above and beyond what would ever be requiredThey have been helpful, kind, and above all, very honest and accommodating
