Mr*** was chargerd only for the concrete was goodhe wasn't charge for anything elesi told him I was very sorry about what haf happened and he could come and get what ever tools he need to fix the problemhe came and rented the 14" cut off saw and I didnt charge himand then last week he
came in and asked if he could get cement and I told him I had just ran out off the cement powder and I just got the cement powder delivered to me yestday late afternoonwe do not and have not ever delivered concrete we are only a u-cart company the customer has to come and pick up the cement them selfsagain he was never charged for anything he didnt recieved

On his original complaint he has the date wrongHe had talked to my machanic to know the price on the repairAfter he talk to Martin in the middle of September he still never came and picked it upWe did not move until the end of SeptemberHis weed trimmer is eight years old and it was in very bad shapeWe call around and price his weed trimmer it's not worth $that's a price of a brand new oneThe weed trimmer he brought to us is a smaller weed trimmer the one he wants is a much bigger trimmerWe have his weed trimmer I told he we have it and I told him we are in the middle of moving and as soon as I could get to the storage units I would get his trimmerI have had to move a u cart concrete plant and as soon as we are done with that I would get trimmerWe found a trimmer newer than his with a warranty $and the same modle as hisHis text message don't even match the complaint that he filed with the Revdex.com

We have never said anything derogatory about her or her businessWe just want her company to make this right. Its going on six weeks and we have no patio due to her mistakes, I am filing court papers against her on oct 2, so we will see her in court.

I am rejecting this response because:Dates? Is that really relevant? I'm working off my phone records, which I believe to be accurate.Trimmer model is what I believe to be true, but I'm again not able to confirm the model.I totally reject the claim that the trimmer was in bad shapeCarburetor was gummed up, so it would not stay running, but outside of that, it was working very well.I want my trimmer back or a replacement SOON!

I don't even know what your talking about I never used any bad word or said anything that was not professional. u need to show me what your saying. I have no text to the BBC ornor the gentlemen that filed the complaint. someone needs to get the story right. I don't appreciate the email I just recieved from the bbq

phone records show9/13/2017: received call and message informing me that Trimmer repair was complete.9/21/2017: I tried to call to get in contact with them to find out if they are really open on Saturdays (they were closed when I tried to pick it up the previous Saturday).9/29/2017: Tried to call, phone was not answering or disconnected.10/2/2017: Tired again, got answering machine, left a message to call me back.10/11/2017:  Did talk to a guy there to find out who was at the Lansing location so I could pick up my trimmer.10/18/2017: Called 4 times. Call 1@12:13PM- Called to try to find out where my trimmer saw. They said they would call me back. They did not return my call.                                          Call 2@2:41 PM- Called back. machine would not pick up or hung up on (not sure which)                                          Call 3@2:41 PM - Got the answering machine again, left another  message                                          Call 4@2:42 PM - was informed that my trimmer was in storage in Meridian somewhere.This is what I recall as the sequence. May not be 100% accurate, but is the general sequence of events. As for the 40 hours, that is a simple estimate of 5 hours per year X 8 years of ownership. Again, this is an estimate, but what I recall as my usage. She is stalling on this. She has this info too and is just trying to drag this out. and:I did talk to a retired Idaho Supreme court justice I play tennis with socially once a week and I described the events to him. After some thought, he indicated I do have grounds to file a criminal complaint with the Canyon county sheriff office for theft of the trimmer. I do plan to do so.
