Silverado Homes

Very disappointed. We have been in our new home coming up 2 years and have found the following defects and warranty is already out.
Nail pops
AC overflow is connected incorrectly where it drains on to patio
Stucco on corners and pillars of home cracked and fell off in large chuncks

Our home is 2 years old and have the following issues:

AC overflow valve installed incorrectly

pleased with their home.  Silverado is very proud of our efforts to respond timely to every call and concern. In this particular instance, we believe the home buyer's concerns regarding the delays were the result of communication snafus on both ends.  Silverado has addressed and improved our internal communication lines on our end and should not be the cause of any communication delays in the future.
