Silverado Painting recently painted the exterior of our home and re-coated our roof. We can't say enough about the great job that Randy and his crew did for us.

All of the painters were very professional and skilled. They were all very helpful and were of great assistance in all phases of the job including helping to choose the colors.

Randy, also saved us a considerable amount coating the roof. Soon, Randy and Company will return to paint the interior of our home, and possibly re-model our kitchen.

We cannot emphasize enough the great craftsmanship and courtesy we have experience with Silverado Painting.

They were on time everyday and finished the job in a very timely manner.

Randy is very organized, straight forward and honest.

Very Happy Customers!!!

Review: To whom it may concern,

My property is located in The [redacted] association, for which Silverado was contracted to paint the outside of our individual units.

Even though this is a condominium association, each resident is responsible for his/her own water usage rather than it being included in the monthly association fee.

I had just purchased my unit and was moving in as the painting was going on and kept noticing that a hose located by my front door was always extended even though I would roll it out of the way as I was coming every day bringing loads of items from my other home. Finally, I caught the painters using my water to rinse and wash all their paining equipment.

I spoke to one of them and explained they were using my water and would prefer they did not. He apologized and offered to give me $20, at which point I told him to just stop using it and use either the common water or each home owners as they would pain the individual home.

On or around the 6th of February, I open my door to find that they were doing some work on the unit across the way from me but using my water. This was a different man, therefore I told him that I did not want them using my water and that I had said so to the other gentleman which I noticed standing by. However, there was a third man who said to me "Do you want your nickel now?" To which I responded, that I did not want any money, just wanted them to stop using my water. The man mouthed off and told me the water was not very expensive and what was my problem.

I do not appreciate first of all, these men using my water without as much the courtesy of asking my permission to use my property. Secondly, I did not like his smart answers, whether the water is expensive or not, is my water and thirdly, I left the following message on their website: nI reside at one of the properties you are contracted to paint in the [redacted] complex and would like to speak with someone who might be interested in one of your employees poor behavior" but nobody had the courtesy to reply.

I am sorry if this seems trivial, but I am 71 years old and watch every cent I spend.

Sincerely,Desired Settlement: see Attached document
