In order for us to better serve the customer, we are requesting a copy of at least one of the receipts that she has received in error so we may do our research as to why she keeps receiving the emails Additionally, we have taken out her email address in her own profile in our Reservations system as well as gotten our IT Department involved to find out why her email may be attached to anyone else's profiles We are working diligently at resolving this problem
