Went very badly Came on X-to repair leak at piping connection Charged $100.90; tried several things; added metal band; nothing worked; leak not stopped I went to Walmart and got silicone tape, wrapped around pipe and stopped leak What does it say for their competence that a novice like me could stop leak while their plumber cannot Gave me bid XXXXX, IFSM W/O XXXXX for $1160.95; got the work done by *** *** for $ SILVERADO is overpriced and incompetent; will not use them again â??

We will call Silverado for our next plumbing issue*** was efficient, knowledgeable, and curiousHe was able to complete the job replacing two rusted out outdoor faucets without further issuesOur bill was a reasonable $

Silverado replaced 300' of water main to our house, which was a complicated and challenging job involving a lot of desert digging and multiple entry points to the homeThe quote was reasonable, less than others (and stayed within budget); the work was done professionally and on time; and the crew chief was responsive to issues that arose during the jobInadvertant damage to a buried AC line was quickly repaired at their expense, no questions askedI would recommend these folks for any large residential plumbing job like this

I just had *** *** from Silverado Plumbing come out and perform a back flow test on our equipment here at Faith Community Church*** was very personable and took the time to explain the details of what he was testing for and why It is a great pleasure to see someone pay so much attention to customer serviceI have had Silverado Plumbing assist us with other plumbing needs in the past and they have always been very competent and respectfulI will continue to contact them with any future needsThanks ***

We have experienced great Customer Service from Silverado. I would recommend them to anyone. They treated us well, are very honest and did quality work. We had issues with our master bath. When looking for the problem, their plumber broke a part associated with our tub. He paid for the parts himself, fixed it and paid for a person to come out and cut/replace tile in order to correctly fix the tub. Together their employees and company policies/ethics are outstanding. What a great surprise! Silverado Rooter and Plumbing found an end-of-year clerical error on a job they completed for us last summer and cut a check for the difference. Thank you, Silverado, for keeping it straight!
