I was forwarded this complaint (#***) from my boss, *** ***
We installed this roof in late Mr *** did not move in until We included a standard one year warranty to the contractor against any leaks or workmanshipThe first record
that I have of an issue is 12/5/from an email that Mr *** wroteI contacted Mr *** the same day and he was very rude, and would not give me any information about the roofing or the issues he had complained aboutAlthough the roof was out of warranty, *** *** did not want to have any disgruntled clientsHe sent myself and a crew, 4hrs each way, to take care of any issues we foundWe were able to contact and meet with the original contractor and spent a day doing routine maintenance
I was not aware of any other ongoing issuesI consulted with *** this morning and he said that Mr *** had contacted him recently about an issue*** had informed Mr *** that his roof was out of warranty but that he would be happy to give him an estimate to take care of any maintenance issues*** did not hear back from Mr *** until he received the Revdex.com letter Monday morning(7.11.16)
