We explained the customer that jewelers warranty is up to daysAnd diamonds falling or missing after the first days of wear are due to customer's useIf the bracelet is not used gently or if it is used in hard conditions, stones or stations may come apartNo one can guarantee such risks
resulting from wear and tearWe tried to help the customer to mount the missing diamonds at their cost however we cannot do this for free because we do not think there is quality issueThe quality problems arises on the first week of the wear always and that is why we offer days warranty periodMore than this days, it is customer's responsibility.We can still fix the missing diamonds in June or July if they agree to pay for the missing two stones, shipping and setters charges.Thank you

Hello,This item became out of stock before we could update our inventory levelsWe sent an email to them about this however they never responded so we canceled their orderThey are not correct in their allegations that they were charged 5% for the credit card feesWe never charged the customer's
credit card because there was no shipment at allAlso credit card fees are not that high neitherWe tried to help them by offering a courtesy discount however they wanted moreWe believe we are being abused by this customer. Thank you

 What the vendor is referring to is a 30 refund or exchange policy.  That is not the same thing as a warranty.  They claim quality jewelry for a lifetime of value but only stand behind their merchandise for 30 days?  Now they are insinuating that my wife damaged the piece yet in an email exchange stated that other customers had stones drop after 30 days as if it is to be expected.  We only bought this online due to the claims they made on their website and the fact that this was the exact same bracelet my wife had for 10 years without issue from another jeweler.  My wife was wearing the bracelet at a family function and someone pointed out that the safety catch was undone.  When she went to close the catch, it would not stay closed and when she took it off so that she wouldn't lose it, she noticed two of the stones were missing.  She did not bang or otherwise misuse this piece.   It was disturbing when I contacted the vendor that we would have to wait until June or July to have it repaired but were willing to do so to have it repaired.  After we were told we would have to not only wait but then ship it and pay for shipping, stones and the setter's fee that we felt that we had essentially been lied to and ripped off.  If this company will only stand behind their products for 30 days, they should say 30 day warranty only and not claim to have the highest quality jewelry as a $2000 bracelet should not just essentially fall apart with normal occasional use. a "lifetime" of value A $2,000 bracelet should

We already sent you our return instructions, we do not understand why are you still claiming that our response does not satisfy your case. You wanted to return it and we provided the instructions. Just return it to us and we will refund your payment in full when you provide us the return shipping tracking number. Thank you.

This is NOT a payment issue it is Bait and Switch advertisement SCAM issue. You have tried to scam me and only God know how many others with your False advitisement and even after finding out that YOU DONT have this watch in stock you guys still keep on advertising it and not only that you have dropped the price as well. Do not try to blame someone else for your own scams. I will let [redacted] know this as well so they take you off of their site as well. You guys are utter scammers.

The business advertises the best quality jewelry for a lifetime of value. They also do not specify anywhere that their warranty is only 30 days.  They have falsely advertised the quality of their jewelry.  This piece did not fall apart because of misuse or wear and tear.   My wife had a similar bracelet with smaller diamonds that remained in perfect condition for 10 years.  They told us that we would have to pay for the missing diamonds as well as the setters fee which tjey didn't tell you in their response.  If we have to wait until June or July for this mystery person to be in New York,  why aee we required to mail it?  As some previous complaints are related tom mailing it makes me even more hesitant to trust this business.

The customer placed this order from [redacted], not Goldia.com. Please advise them to dispute the related partied. We are not the company that charged their [redacted] account. We are the drop ship company that work with [redacted] we are not responsible for [redacted] payment issues.

We have already informed that we stand behind our products and our warranty is for up to 30 days. Any damage or missing parts can be fixed for a fee after these 30 days period. If the customer needs us to fix this item they can contact us as instructed. We are still here to help them to fix those missing diamonds if they agree to pay for their cost only. Thank you.

The laser drilling holes can be seen as a crack however they are holes filled with crystals. This diamond was advertised as being a clarity enhanced diamond on our website. If the customer wishes to return they need to contact us for our return instructions.
