Horrible Experience. We made a reservation with them and they cancelled on us 3 hours before we were supposed to drop our two dogs off (only 8 hours before we left on our trip). The dogs were healthy and vaccines up to date. Absolutely ridiculous way to do business.
We have been bringing our dogs since around 2003. We have been impressed with Silverbrook from the first visit to check them out. Our girls are very happy there. The staff obviously love their jobs and the dogs afirm this by being happy.
Great kennel to board your dogs. You can trust them with your furry kids.
