Order probably totaling ore than first.We have called-answering machine immediately picks up-left over five messages. We have sent at least 6 emails LAST ONE ON 1-6-2014. No response whatsoever.Says they take pride in customer service- but I am now stuck with this necklace that doesn't fit. We were going to dispute the charge with credit card company, however we have since paid off that account and it is now closed. So dont believe I can still dispute. Says to call or email for return or exchange- well have been trying for over a month.Very disappointed, now wife has no xmas present. At this point dont want to do any business with this company.
