Review: On July [redacted] 2013 I made a purchase at Silvergreetings.com. On July [redacted] my credit card was charged the $33.00 for my order. It has now been two weeks and I have not received my order and it is still listed as open on their site. Since July [redacted], I have called Silvergreetings.com nearly every day and emailed several times trying to find out why my order has not been shipped. Every time I call, the receptionist says that [redacted] is the only person that can help me and that he is in a meeting. I leave a detailed message and am told that he will call me back. As I said, this has happened nearly everyday and I NEVER receive a call back or an email response and I STILL have not received my order.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order!!

Review: I placed an order the beginning of Oct 2015. I hadn't recieved order after a couple weeks. I contacted them, the person I needed to speak to wasn't in. I left a message. Never heard back. I called again. Finally after calling several times recieved a email saying they can't deliver product to my house which seems odd to me since website claims to deliver anywhere is US. Now I have been calling a couple times a week and emailing trying to get a refund back of over $130. And am told the one person who can do a refund isn't in every time. They take my info say I'll get a call back and I never do. I've emailed several times as well. And when I mention the fact that I don't get a call back and I want this taken care of the lady gets rude and hangs up on me. I'm struggling for money. I was buying something for an investment purpose at the time, that ended up "screwing" me over in the end.Desired Settlement: At this point I want a full refund plus some for all the headache I've had to go through. They have basically stolen my money. Kept my money for a product they didn't produce. Been rude to me. And I have all the pictures, emails, receipts, and can get phone records if needed! I would have been making interest on that money and would of been able to invest in another company. I feel I've missed out on an opportunity because of this. In fact I know I did.
