SilverHeel's unlawfully towed my car from an approved federal national parks parking lotAs I tried to come to an agreement with them they would not take my car out of their impound lot and I was forced to pay the amount of $to get my car outAfter going back and forth with the sheriff there (which seems they have connections and scam people together) they would not return my moneyCurrently I am filing a class action lawsuit against SilverHeels Towing and also the County Sheriff's Office

I am rejecting this response because:Since requesting more info from Silverheels towing I received a threat via email from April S*** in the response back from the email for requested informationI have made a police report of the incident and a copy of the email is attached. I also have a attached a copy of the parking sign at the parking lot which I was towed fromMy car was at a minimum car lengths away from the road.To clarify the response from the last statement below from April; I am just trying to recover my $expense from the towing that shouldn't have taken placeIf that amount is reimbursed there will be no further lawsuit or personal/lawyer reimbursements due. If Silverheels feels the right to still collect the $fee, they can go about this by putting in the same claim I am with CDOTI am a 3rd party by-standard that got caught in the mess and was forced to pay $to get my car out of their lot.If Silverheels would want to negotiate a lower towing fee from there "contracted" highest amount of $I am willing to hear them out. As I previously stated this was a Law Enforcement tow, we performed the service as requested by the Colorado State Patrol and Colorado Department of Transportation. I have contacted CSP and Cdot regarding Mr [redacted]s complaints, both entities have indicated they stand behind their request to have the vehicle removed for snow removal. As for the "threat" Peace Love and a warm gun is an NRA quote and also a Beatles song, this has been on the signature line of our emails for over 10 yrs, this is the first time anyone has ever indicated displeasure for this quote. I have contacted the Colorado State Attorney Generals Office regarding this quote, I was told this quote cannot be construed as a threat, it is a known quote and protected by the First Amendment of the US Constitution. At this time we will not be returning any funds to Mr [redacted], we were requested by law enforcement to remove this vehicle for snow plowing and we did perform the service requested. Colorado State Patrol to have vehicle removed. We are contracted with CSP to perform this service among others. We have contracted rates with CSP for all the services we provide for them, the $230.00 bill is our contracted rate. When Mr [redacted] contacted us a few hours after we towed the vehicle he was very combative and repeatedly cursed at us. We explained the situation to him at that moment, he continued to curse and told us he was going to sue us, CSP and CDOT before he even retrieved his vehicle from our lot. He stated that his 2014 Mercedes was not equipped for winter driving conditions so he just left it there. We tried in vain to explain that this is our job and we did not just randomly drive up the pass and tow his car, we are contracted to perform a service and we did so. Mr [redacted] has since filed suit against us in Jefferson County in the amount of $1230.00. Mr [redacted] states in his complaint that he has contacted the County Sheriff's Office, let me Just clarify the Park County Sheriff's Office was not involved in this situation, This was CSP and CDOT.
