I completely understand Ms*** complaint and we were under the impression that we wanted to wait until the end of the season so that they could enjoy their pool and patio without interruptionWe have since made an appointment with the *** and have completed the necessary work to resolve
the issues that they had with their concrete surfaceThey are wonderful customers who have been incredibly patientWe are very glad that we were able to resolve their issuesI encourage them to contact me or the Revdex.com if they have any further issues or concerns that we may be of service with

Revdex.com:
I would like to reject the offer of Arbitration for complaint ID ***I have tried to work with Silverline since the damage was caused in March 2017, but they continue to want to talk about it rather than take care of the damagesThey have had adequate opportunities to resolve this in the last months, but again, they have convinced me that they have no intention of a resolutionI am sure they have continued to acquire and complete other work during this time, but obviously have had no intention of repairing the damage they caused due to extensive costs. They have made several fallacious allegations, and I have the appropriate documentation to prove otherwise. I feel that arbitration would be a waste of time at this point, because they are only willing to accept it in "Agreement that they can confirm they have they have the correct pavers to necessary complete the job."
Sincerely,
*** ***

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID .[redacted], , and find that arbitration is necessary. We have, again, reached out to Mr. [redacted]s to attempt to do a final walk through to reconfirm that we have found and secured the proper pavers necessary for repair of his property. He informed us that he wishes no further contact from us and that all further questions and inquiries be directed to his lawyer from whom we should be seeing papers served soon. We are completely willing to accept arbitration and find an sensible solution, with the agreement that we are able to confirm with a representative from the manufacturer that we have the correct pavers necessary to complete the job.  Sincerely,Matthew W[redacted], General ManagerSilverline, Inc.

We are aware of Mr. [redacted]' issues and have been fighting unseasonable weather for quite some time now. We have returned to the project numerous times and continue to work forward to resolve this issue. The following was just sent to him via email... Good afternoon Mr. [redacted]:I apologize...

regarding missing your voicemail. I will pull that up and get it listened to. I completely understand not paying the bill until we have accomplished everything. I understand your concerns, and want to do a final walk through with my warranty supervisor Eric. If this is acceptable I would appreciate you allowing him to meet with you and walk through the project to assess the remainder of everything. We have been waiting for more than two consecutive days of good weather to complete the overlay on your project and we have been struggling getting Mother nature to cooperate. My personal phone number is [redacted]. If you are having trouble reaching anyone at the office, please contact me directly. I appreciate your patience and assure you that we will continue to work forward to make sure we get you taken care of. I know I won’t make your Christmas card list, but I want you to be able to say we made it right. I will have Eric contact you tomorrow to do a walk through and we will proceed from there, with your permission of course.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I'm sure the response to my complaint was to abide by the Revdex.com guidelines, but they still have not done anything they said they would. They asked me to get bids on the pool cover and pavers so they could reimburse me, and when I provided the bids to them they applied the pool cover reimbursement as a credit to my account because I have not paid them for the job they did. This would be fine if they actually finished the job, but I cant get them to come out and do that. So, in their minds they have reimbursed me for the pool cover, but they shouldn't have been paid for an incomplete job. If the job was complete, I would have walked a check into them a long time ago. When  they saw the bid for the pavers, they asked if they could shop around and try to find less expensive ones, I stated they should have done this in the first place. They say they are willing to have "their guy" replace only the damaged pavers, but the two landscape companies that provided bids to me state that it is impossible to only place the damaged ones because they interlock. I am sure this is just another ploy for them to get out of paying for any damage.   In the meantime, no one has been out to fix the pool coping or patio, and I am very confident that they are doing work for other people. We started this process in March and it is now August. All they can provide is lip service, and no one has ever contacted me without me contacting them first. The only way I can see to resolve this is them reimburse me $9,000 for the paver damage, $2,100 for the pool cover, and $3,400 for someone to fix the coping and patio. Again, I don't currently owe them anything because the job they were paid to do is sub-par and incomplete.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
