NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
Don't EVER rent from this company. EVER. Literally the worst experience I have ever had with any company in my entire life.

First, it took 6 months for them to fix my broken washing machine. That being said, I called numerous times over this 6 months period of time and I NEVER received one phone call back. Not once. I asked several times for someone to give me a call. 6 whole months, guys. I put in my request in December, it was fixed in June, I believe.

Next, when rent was due one month (8/1/23) I noticed they debited my account and extra $144.50 that they said was because the owner of the property paid my water bill that was slightly late. Mind you, I paid this bill myself (7/18/23) and it was a whole thing with the Silverline Management owner (maybe?) where she was extremely RUDE trying to tell me they didn't debit my account, the bank did. Wild concept to me as the bank would not know what to debit without them telling it what to debit. Am I correct? Eventually I gave them the benefit of the doubt that I would now have a credit on my water bill as it had apparently been paid twice, once by me & once by the owner of the property.

Come to find out, that bill was apparently never paid by the owner because when I got my bill from the water company, there was NO double payment and the only payment they received was on the day that I personally paid it.

Then, they asked ME for receipts to prove I paid it, which I had. Mind you, they never showed me receipts of THEIR payment (obviously, since they didn't pay it). But silly me had given them the benefit of the doubt that they did.

Then when I asked for my money returned, both times, they refused. Said they would credit my account for my next rent.

Welp, 9/1/23 came and my rent was debited for the full amount, not with the credit they were supposed to apply to it.

I suspect I won't get a call back. They've never returned my 30+ phone calls, no one is EVER in the office when I call. Not once has anyone been there. The poor receptionists have to deal with my obnoxious phone calls but these people are insanely unprofessional and awful at their jobs. I believe it's just a satellite office and no one is ever there.

I suspect they are going to tell me they will creidt me for next month without returning my money AGAIN. Which is INSANE to me. You can't take people's money without their permission, it's literally NOT OK.

They also did this when I moved in. They charged twice for my rent the 1st month, plus my security deposit, so A LOT of money ($1700x3) and WOULD NOT RETURN IT and just credited it to my next month. I should have known then how awful this company is at their jobs.

I'm posting this on EVERY site I can find because I can not stress how awful they have been and the owner of Silverline has been the rudest woman I have ever spoken to. As if they weren't the ones in wrong the WHOLE ENTIRE TIME.

Never rent from this company. NEVER!

I have all my receipts and all my emails that I've sent them. I am wildly blown away at how poorly run and unprofessional and awful this company is.

Save your sanity and find a different rental company. This is NOT IT.

I need your help in obtaining a security deposit that I am due. The tenant was in my property November & December 2019. I received no rent for November or December 2019.I have contacted ***, owner at Silver Management for this security deposit refund. She has not responded. *** of *** transfered the security deposit to her on my behalf. Email:

Refund I would like my security deposit returned to me with an explanation.

Sorry for the late responses. I did submit a response on the portal but in case it did not go through here it is.
Due to a recent change in accounting, the security deposit did not come up on our lists that we needed to send back. We are sorry for the inconvenience. The security deposit will be mailed out tomorrow, Friday April 3rd.

No, because I received no rent for November & December 2019. When I finally spoke to *** in December, she did nothing but yell and ending up hanging up on me. I emailed *** and requested a refund of security deposit. I feel that this was malicious. At some point I was cussed out by staff(Dale ***). At some point both owner and staff refused to return calls or respond to e-mail.
If I had not contacted the Revdex.com and brought this to your attention, I would not be receiving the security deposit. I haven't received it yet.
