Silvermoon Storage

Review: Prior to renting a storage unit a one month security deposit was charged and explained would be credited back into my account subsequent to me emptying out the storage unit & returning their key. This was the beginning of February & still this has not been credited to my account. I have called the woman's personal cell numerous times (she doesn't return messages). Every time I stop by there is a different employee telling me she is the go to person; however, she is never available. She is co-owner (from my understanding) & the employees explained that many people complain about her but they have no access to refund my money. I have tried to resolve this issue approximately 10 times in the past 3 months and no one can ever provide me with answers. The storage unit itself is such a poorly ran business. I have no other options to secure my security deposit.Desired Settlement: I am requesting my security deposit be placed back into my bank account. They clearly have all of my information and access since they never seemed to have a problem deducting my money.
