Hi [redacted] , I discovered our original reimbursement to you should have been $instead of the $we sentThe reason for this is we deducted the full amount of the invoice from [redacted] ***, with taxes included, from your allowance in your deal However, we should have taken the pre-tax sub total and deducted that from your allowance instead So we should have send you $The final invoice from [redacted] was higher than the quote due to: A different tire being installed The tire quoted was [redacted] The tire installed was [redacted] The identical tire except the one installed was studded, while the one quoted was not Difference of $71.40.Freight charge of $to bring in the studded tires [redacted] said the tires quoted would have been in stock, but the studded must not have been, which is why they charged $additional freightLastly, instead of requiring you to remember to contact us to pay for your next oil change, I’ll give you the money for an oil changeSo what I’m going to do: Reimburse you $72.46, which is the difference between the amount we should have sent: $and the amount actually sent: $78.38.Reimburse you $for the cost of an oil change We charged the previous owner $with tax for the last oil change on your vehicleTotal additional reimbursement of $I’ll have my office create and send you a cheque for this amountRegarding the difference between the quote to the invoice on the tires, did you requested the studded tires? We have resolved all of the customer's concerns except for the scratches on the roof.Customer is requesting a refund of the current damages to the roof caused by a bay door closing on it. But to my knowledge, she has not had the damages repaired. And this is what we have done
to remedy:We originally polished the damage to the roof, took it to a body shop of her choosing, had them inspect it, and they said the polish was good and it didn't need to be painted.I personally drove *** vehicle back to her with my partner in the business. She looked at it and noticed a minor imperfection in the clear coat and said she wanted it painted. I asked her to go back to the body shop for them to review with her. If they overlooked something and said it should be painted, we would be more than happy to paint it. If the body shop said it was fine, then we would not.The customer never took it back. The customer then took her vehicle to *** insurance who have completed an inspection. I contacted *** and told them I would be more than happy to work with them and reimburse *** for any repairs required to fix any damage that may still exist from the accident.I've been waiting for the customer to go to the body shop since January 24th, weeks from today. We are still waiting for the customer to book an appointment with the body shop to have the repair completed. We have offered to purchase the customer's vehicle at current fair market value through a conversation she had with *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I am still unable to secure alternative transportation for the week of repairs of the vehicle. I will accept if the dealership would arrange to accommodate and cover all expenses for alternative transportation during the week of repairs causing loss of use of my vehicle. [redacted] in Lloydminster has quoted me a week for repairs [redacted] I had tried to resolve with Danny U[redacted] after the accident but he refused to take it to a body shop and as assessed after his dealership internally repaired the vehicle by polishing the deep scratches I was forced to put in an insurance claim to [redacted] and they assessed the damages. It has been 4 weeks that I have been trying to get a resolution through many different associations that are supposed to be in place to protect and aid consumers . This dealership has depreciated my vehicles value and did not give me an offer for fair market value! They offered me $39,000 which is $46,000 less than purchasing this vehicle 2 years ago. They have offered me $20 in compensation of the thousands of dollars in fuel and lost wages to repair just the damages their dealerships employees caused over the past 2 years in diagnosing and fixing the manufacturer defects. I should not have to assume any cost to repair damages they caused. They should have held up their end of the agreement, as verbally agreed upon Jan 21st. They didn't.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Hi [redacted], I discovered our original reimbursement to you should have been $150.84 instead of the $78.38 we sent. The reason for this is we deducted the full amount of the invoice from [redacted], with taxes included, from your allowance in your deal.  However, we should have taken the...

pre-tax sub total and deducted that from your allowance instead.  So we should have send you $150.84. The final invoice from [redacted] was higher than the quote due to: A different tire being installed.  The tire quoted was [redacted].  The tire installed was [redacted].  The identical tire except the one installed was studded, while the one quoted was not.  Difference of $71.40.Freight charge of $75.00 to bring in the studded tires.  [redacted] said the tires quoted would have been in stock, but the studded must not have been, which is why they charged $75.00 additional freight. Lastly, instead of requiring you to remember to contact us to pay for your next oil change, I’ll give you the money for an oil change. So what I’m going to do: Reimburse you $72.46, which is the difference between the amount we should have sent: $150.84 and the amount actually sent: $78.38.Reimburse you $90.00 for the cost of an oil change.  We charged the previous owner $89.31 with tax for the last oil change on your vehicle. Total additional reimbursement of $162.46 I’ll have my office create and send you a cheque for this amount. Regarding the difference between the quote to the invoice on the tires, did you requested the studded tires?  If so, then it is fair and reasonable that you pay the difference to upgrade. If you did not request the studded tires, then I’d be happy to speak with [redacted] to see if they would provide reimbursement for not communicating the change and difference in cost.  Please let me know. Thanks! Sincerely, Danny U[redacted]General ManagerSilverwood Toyota[redacted]
