I used this company to connect me from the septic tank to the sewerAs my tank was under the patio I was told they had to bust through the tileI informed them and instructed that they cut along the grout of the tiles because they are glued to plywood in area of tankThey proceeded to cut through the middle of the tiles ruining all tiles and making then unusableI in turn had to get the entire patio re-tiledwith no apology or compensation from the company not even a reply
I NEEDED TO HAVE MY BACK FLO SYSTEM TESTED FOR THE CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE I CONTACTED MIKE , I WAS AMAZED BY THE QUICK SERVICE AND REASONABLE CHARGE FOR THE WORK .THE OFFICE ASSISTANT CLAUDETTE WAS A PLEASURE TO TALK TO AND HAD FULL KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT WAS REQUIRED
IT JUST SO HAPPENED THAT WEEKS LATER I NEEDED TO REPLACE MY HOT WATER HEATER AND WHO DO YOU THINK I CALLED YEP MIKE

Didnt perform promised, job unfinished, building pipes leaked weekend, techs very unprofessional/uncareful w/property, damaged/scratched walls, baseboards, door, new AC's pipes dislodged/leaked water (professional AC had to come/fix), wheater Electric wire connected wrong, not up to code -per electrician hired to fix, remained hot after mike's left, smelled like IT was burning, FIRE HAZARD.Refused to return/fixMike's hired by building to repair common pipes leaks, according to him, "had to remove my working wheater to access pipes, refused to place back my wheater saying it's older, CON-vinced me to change it when not needed! over-Charged for removal of existing wheater/placing new ,claims couldnt access pipes to fixOther c/o against Mike's are similar:cons customer into product not needed, unprofessional, blames customer, not taking responsability for mistakes, unprofessional employees w/possible criminal background, ruins clients property, refuses fix after leaves job,def
