Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, Steve Echeverri In the response there was no mention of the dumpster which we paid $1,to be removed off our property because according to the company they had not been responded to be Silvestri group Also the extra electrical work that was done by Silvestri Group was done mostly by their handyman [redacted] and some by another worker named Guy Neither of which are licensed electricians [redacted] was also the person who did the tile floor I did not say their workers were not allowed hereI said they were not allowed until the fence caps were ordered, the shower door was ordered and the lien was liftedMr Silvetri responded that he would not oblige with demands I spoke with the plummber's secretary Ingrid last Friday and she said that they had only heard from Silvestri group through email not to deposit the checks which they have had since late January and had been post dates to February 15, That is a debt of over $12, We had emailed copies of checks that we were told were set to the plumber but never wereMr Silvestri has not addressed thatAlso in an email dated March 15, Mr Silvestri states that the lien will be paid off in "the next week to days" He also did not mention the fence caps that we were told were ordered and subsequently were sent a falsified invoice from deck [redacted] I would be glad to to provide those attachments as well as the emails that accompanied them I would like to know why that was done We have since ordered the shower door with our own money because we were tired of living without a shower glass door which we paid for When the fence was about to be put in and materials were on site I told them that was not what we wantedThat the fence we wanted and had discussed had fence caps along with a border on the top of the fence I was told that they would order everything separately and it would e taken care ofIn hind sight I should have withheld the remaining 50% balance of $for the fence until it was competed The trim on the fence was eventually installed The fact still remains that the plumber has not been made whole for work that was done in August and we still have a lien on our property and it is April No partial payment has been made nor has a payment plan been arranged at least as of last Friday by Silvestri Group to the plumber We have all email correspondence with attachments made with Silvesrri Group that are all time stamped

In the response there was no mention of the dumpster which we paid $1,000 to be removed off our property because according to the company they had not been responded to be Silvestri group.  Also the extra electrical work that was done by Silvestri Group was done mostly by their handyman [redacted] and some by another worker named Guy.  Neither of which are licensed electricians.  [redacted] was also the person who did the tile floor.  I did not say their workers were not allowed here. I said they were not allowed until the fence caps were ordered, the shower door was ordered and the lien was lifted.
