I have been financing a vacant lot that Simi Enterprises owns in Florida. My payment became late, My most recent payment was made on 2/25/20, at that time I requested if there is any balance that is past due. Jerad at Simi Enterprises accept my payment through his system, but now has gone ghost on me and will not reply to me. I have paid 90% paid 90% of the finance contract off, for this vacant lot, plus I paid the property taxes. Jerad is the sole owner of Simi Enterprises. By not returning my many attempts to contact him, he is fraudulently cancelling the contract, when in fact he accept and kept my $167 payment on 2/25/20, along with all other payments which amount to over $3,600. The remedy I am seeking is for him to contact me with the balance due so I can continue making payments. There is only $1,100 left to pay off this lot. Thank you.

Hello ***,
I have been in contact with Mr.. We are under legal contract for the sale of vacant land in Florida. I informed him on March 15, 2020, as per signed contract, he has a current remaining balance or $1,523.30. He has a final payment due on Dec.1, 2020. The last payment we received from him was due on Jan 1, 2020 and was not received until Feb 25, 2020. Although he is currently two months behind on his monthly payment obligations with another monthly bill being sent in 7 days, we have been in contact. We also offered some financial relief to offset his financial burden. We are currently working with him and Mr. has assured us, he'll bring his payments per contract current. We're confident that once his final property and closing costs are paid in full, we will transfer the property ownership to him per contract satisfaction date of Dec 2020.
