Review: On date 5/3/15, I got gas from the shell gas station located at the corner of Los ANgeles Ave. and First ST. in Simi Valley with the address: 1120 E. Los Angeles Ave.I was so disappointed because the advertising price on electronic price sign was cheaper than the actual price at the pump. After pumping gas I noticed I paid 10 cent per gallon more than what they are advertiasing. When I complained to the cashier, he said the advertising price is applied if I use carwash. I looked at the neon price sign there wasn't such explanation. They are cheating the customerby wrong advertising.

I would appreciate your prompt action. I look forward to your reply and a resolutionto the problem.Desired Settlement: By wrong advertising they are cheating the customers. The fair action is to make the gas stationowner to correct the price sign to match with the price at the pump. Also, showlegal action to support the customer.
