Review: I have complained to the owner and workers at this place to stop charging me for a closed account... AND refusing to close an account. I even had to close my debit card and they are somehow still charging my card. This has been going on for 6 months now. The owner is never there and the employees supposedly have no access to accounts and able to submit changes. He never returns calls. This place is a sham and horrible.Desired Settlement: I would like the $150 dollars owed to me that covers all fee that have been wrongly charged and all my time chasing this down.

Review: I had a recurring monthly charge set up in the amount of $20 for this gym's membership fee and they have been double and/or quadruple charging me since October of 2012. I went to my credit union to dispute the charges, but they can only recover money for transactions 90 days back. I called the gym about this, but the kid at the front desk said the owner is the sole person with access to the accounting & financials and he didn't know how to get in contact him. He also mentioned that more than a few members have called in about this. The SVPD told me that this is a civil matter and that they couldn't do much of anything about it.Desired Settlement: My desired settlement is a refund of all of the duplicate debits that were charged to my card ($300 by my count).

Review: I went in one year ago to cancel my membership. It is a month-to-month membership that I have had for years. I was told that the only person who could cancel a membership was the owner, who wasn't there. I went in three more times, and the owner was never there, and never returned my calls. I was told at the front desk that I could "freeze" my membership without the owner's permission, so I agreed to that until I could get a hold of the owner. It has been a year now, and they have NEVER stopped billing my credit, which I dispute every month. I tried to call today to inform the owner that what he is doing is harassment, and was told that he never comes in, never returns calls, and he doesn't respond to text messages sent to him by his employees.Desired Settlement: I just want them to cease and desist billing my credit card.

Review: I have been duplicate billed for gym membership this year. So far this year I have been over-billed $ 425. I have tried twice to contact the owner of the business, however I have been told by two different employees that only they can call the owner. They both indicated that the owner rarely ever answers his phone or calls back. Both employees stated that over-billing by this company is "common." I want a credit to my visa credit card for the over-billing, and I would like for the practice of over-billing to be stopped by this merchant.The owner of this business, Mark Greenberg, is committing FRAUD!Desired Settlement: REFUND OF OVER-CHARGES AND DISCONTINUANCE OF OVER-BILLING
