We are building a house for the second time and we have selected Simioni's Warm Floors to install the radiant heat system as we did with the original house several years ago. We were very impressed with their product and professionalism the first time and we knew we wanted to use their company for our new home. The system worked well without any problems over the years and whenever they performed routine maintenance, they were prompt, courteous, and proficient. With our current house, the company had numerous weather-related services to perform elsewhere during the week they were scheduled to install the radiant tubing in the foundation. Because of their busy schedule, they spent the entire weekend completing our job so that the building project could remain on schedule. Their work is meticulous and they stand behind their product. We have recommended their company and product whenever we are asked about our heating system.
