Still have not heard from the contractor.  Exactly 2 months after filing the complaint. 4 months since I contacted them.

I returned the clients call within one day of receiving this message when assured him that I had no problem with coming out there to correct the problem. Although I was not available to come out and fix it immediately, I informed the customer that I would be glad to get out there and do it within...
