Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:If the house was in move in condition, why was a contractor there? Again, I have over pictures to dispute your so-called video Regards, [redacted] ***

The tenants moved into the property on [redacted] in Cibolo, TX on July 17th, The [redacted] family had one of their best friends view the home with a Realtor prior to submitting an application on the homeOur application process at www.SAleases.com specifically goes over the process with leasing a property sight unseenUltimately the [redacted] family was unhappy with the condition of the home even though it was move in readyIn fact, the entire home was professionally painted prior to their move inLike any rental home or apartment, there may have been a small punch list for the handyman to complete but this process is handled via their inventory and condition formSomething of which the [redacted] family wanted nothing to do withThe lease agreement is between the home owner and [redacted] family with Simmonds Real Estate, Inchandling the property managementBoth the home owner and [redacted] family agreed to terminate the lease early for a $feeThe [redacted] family was reimbursed their prorated rent and security deposit minus the $charge upon move outIt is pretty clear that the [redacted] family had remorse with leasing this property but there is nothing I can do when they sign legal documents that bind them to lease the property.I have attached all needed documents for your review and I a bit surprised by their complaint as I was in daily talks with both the husband and wifeI never once avoided these tenants phone calls or emailsPlease keep in mind the following:1) Our company did not force the [redacted] family to apply for the propertyOur company was in constant communication with the [redacted] family throughout their termination process and we did release their deposit back once the termination paperwork was signed.2) This property re-leased out in exactly business day after re-listing with zero complaints from the new tenantKeep in mind that absolutely no repairs were made before re-listing the property as it was move in ready(per the San Antonio MLS and our records)3) The home owner of this property did not have to terminate the lease and could have held the [redacted] family accountable up until their lease termination date of July 16, The home owner did not have to reimburse the pro-rated rent back but did so to simply get the [redacted] family out so that we could re-lease to family who wanted to lease the property
