Dear Mr***,Per the terms and conditions of the limited warranty to validate a claim "all labels" must be intact in order to open a claim Upon review there were no labels i.ewhite law tag or satin trade label attached to the product In addition, the impression amounts were normal Therefore, we cannot offer warranty replacement of your 2009, if you would like for us to provide a copy of the warranty card please let us know and we can send you a copy in the mail.Regards,Simmons Corporate Warranty Department

Dear Ms***,Upon review of your claim and in-conjunction with a an in home inspection by a third party company, the product is being used on an open slatted system that does not provided required adequate support needed for our products. We are not aware of prior
circumstances that you have stated and if you were having any concerns with the product prior to the move, the local retailer should have been involved. Simmons evaluates based on what is discovered at the time of the inspection. Therefore, we are unable to provide warranty assistance due as originally stated. I patently reject Simmons' response. I have attached photos of the over 3" of depression in my mattress that they claim as "normal", as well as all ym documentation showing purchase, model number and mattress information, etc. I would expect that neither myself nor any member of the public would qualify an over 3" depression as "normal". Further, their own warranty requires a threshold of only 1.5" which is clearly surpassed here with a full 25% of their warranty period in tact. The presence of a law tag has not been contested since I had submitted my warranty claim. However, I have provided ample documentation showing proof of my purchase within the warranty period. Further, after speaking with a customer service representative initially, he confirmed that he was able to validate my warranty based on the provided documentation, and dispatched a technician to evaluate my mattress. Due to the time range of this evaluation, I needed to take a day off work to be present for this evaluation.Once the evaluation clearly (in my opinion but apparently not Simmons') demonstrated the mattress qualified to their 1.5" threshold, Simmons backpedaled in order to avoid having to replace the mattress and honor their warranty.

Review: We purchased a Simmons Beautyrest mattress and box spring set from Becker Furniture World in March 2012 (18 mos ago) for $3,000. Almost immediately after receiving the mattress, the left and right sides where each of us sleep, started getting deep impression marks. I contacted Becker Furniture World and their technician came out and did some measurements with a bean bag toss to measure the depth of the body impressions. Two days later, we received a letter in the mail stating that the manufacturer denied our request for a mattress REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE, as, the impressions did not exceed their guidelines of 1.5". I called Becker Furniture World and they are stating that they don't stand behind the products that they are selling and we have to deal with the manufacturer.

We bought this mattress for $3,000 (not to mention saving up for over a year so that we could pay for the product in cash) and it's worse than our old non-brand mattress that we owned for 13 years, we could have just kept our old mattress and we would be $3,000 richer. Our kids can't sleep in the middle of the bed with us, as, they roll off the middle and onto one of the holes on either side. In addition, we are both now waking up every morning with back aches.

All we are asking for is a replacement or exchange, and, no-one can seem to stand behind the product or what they're selling.Desired Settlement: We would like this mattress to be taken away and given a credit to exchange for something of equal value.

If you meet the above criteria please make sure before contacting us you have the following information to provide us so that we may expedite your claim (model name of product from trade label located on the mattress, manufacturing date from law tag, pattern number which is located on the white law tag label attached to the mattress, and bill of sale).

Review: On December 5, 2014, I purchased a Simmons Beautyrest mattress from Sears. Sears installed the mattress upon delivery. After 3 months of ownership, I had to rotate the mattress because the side had collapsed. After 2 months, I have to rotate the mattress again because of collapse, but I can't since the original side is already collapsed. I contacted Sears to replace the mattress. They stated the replacement must be made by the manufacturer. I contacted Simmons with my complaint and they stated the seller must make the adjustment. I want to know who is responsible for this replacement. The mattress carried a 10 year warranty. I am frustrated since I paid over $1100 for this product, on sale. I would greatly appreciate your guidance in addressing this problem.

Andrew BihunDesired Settlement: I would like Sears or Simmons to replace the mattress with an identical replacement or higher grade replacement at no cost to me. This mattress was a Christmas gift to my wife.

I initially applied the claim to Sears, the vendor that sold me your product, but Sears referred me to you, the manufacturer. When I submitted my initial request to Simmons for replacement, Simmons had me contact Sears. Who is really in charge and responsible to correct my failed product?

Bought a mattress and boxspring lasted a little over 2 years covered by there warranty. Went through months of warranty process to get it replaced. Waited patiently with no bed to sleep on!! Finally delivery date came and only sent a matress. Wich did no good because the boxspring is what broke in the first place.now they want me to wait another 3 weeks to build me a new bed set rather then giving me my money back or getting me one from a near by store.ive had a spinal fusion so months of not sleeping thanks to them also my wife of 2 years and I cant sleep together thanks to not having a bed!!
