As stated on all paper work that is given to our customers we do not offer refundsWe would be more than happy to continue services offeredAs well as compensate customer with future services at no cost to customerThe lake of response was due to some technical issues we have had as well as being hacked by a disgruntled previous employee who was erasing our email and voice mails without our knowledgeWe sincerely apologize about this inconvenience

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It is untrueEarl came out, viewed property, and advised that he could handle the situation, on March 22ndI paid himHe advised that he would order some traps and that they would be my property when doneDid not hear back from him for days so I called their office to ask about when they would be out as I was losing expensive fish every daydays later someone showed up without calling us as requestedHe went thru my stuff to find rebar to hold some trapsHe placed traps that were not even for the animal we requested be trapped! They were small muskrat traps he found in his garageThen he sprayed a little juice on them and said that was bait! I once again didn't hear anything for over a weekNo real traps delivered or any contactFinally I couldn't keep waiting as the problem was getting very expensiveI found another local trapper who came out and reviewed what had been doneHe explained that whoever set those traps didn't have a clue what they were doingHe said he would set real traps for us but not with someone else's stuff out there and that I had to cancel with previous guy before he would set trapsI called Simmons and told Earl exactly what was going on, and that we were cancelling contract due to misrepresentation of services, and that I would accept half of the deposit back because he had come out here and I was being overly fair in paying him $for basically nothingHe advised he would call back tomorrowhe didn't A few days later he said he was mailing a checkI waited a week, no checkEmailed back and forthThey kept saying they mailed a check, then would replace the check if lost, then nothingI have those emails if neededI would have let this go but their deception finally got me upsetIf their contract says no refunds, it also says they will do the work professionally and achieve resultsNothing was done and we feel this was a complete rip offThey never should have accepted the job if it was not something they had no experience with, and I feel they voided their contract by falsely misrepresenting their experienceThey also never delivered the traps that they said would be my propertyPretty much did nothing they said they would doI would like full compensation back because of this Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello,We do apologize that you have had a bad experience with our companyWe truly pride ourselves in keeping our customers happy and satisfiedThe day we went to rent to original machine at [redacted] their computers were down and someone else got our rental so indeed it was double bookedAnd as for the treatment we have done meany insulation jobs but this was the first time we had tried doing it with the machine we were hoping at the time it would make the job a little easier and save time but it did not go as plannedAs a new small business we are always trying new innovative ways to get the job done and many of our ides succeed but unfortunately this time was not what we expectedOur office has tried to call you several times and would like to speak to you so we can fix this situationWe have an extremely high rating on Angie's List and in no way would we ever put that at risk by trying to scam someoneThat is not who we are or what we stand for Please give us a call at [redacted]

When the charge came through are merchant saying that the charge was being disputed we did not dispute it on our end any furtherIt gave us the option to tell our side of the story but we chose not to do that so the customer would be able to get there refund as soon as possible and be satisfied at that pointWe had hoped that a full refund would have resoled the issue but it does not appear to have done soAnd again we do apologize for any inconvenience that this may have cause for the customerOur merchant system only allows us to issue a refund within hours after that to issue a refund that charges have to be disputed by the customerAnd as long as we feel that the refund is warranted we allow the refund to go through

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This company made no effort to resolve this situation I challenged the charges with my credit card company, and I have THEM to thank for siding with me They agreed that this company did not provide the service they were charging me for If I had paid with cash or debit card, I would be out of luck I feel that this company needs to be investigated, and I made this complaint with the Revdex.com so that others could be warned

On all of our invoices and receipts it states clearly that once the work is started no refunds will be issuedIn regards to this property we made several attempts to get the work done and
advised the customer that it can take a lot of time and patients when getting dealing with rodentsThe customer was a no show several times which makes it hard for us to do out job in a timely mannerI have attached the invoice that states the work we preformed and our refund policy

As it clearly states on our paperwork we do not provide refundsAnd we were not given the proper opportunity to preform the service that we had said we could do

I am rejecting this response because: This is getting ridiculous.This company responded to a request for someone to remove an otterThe representative told me they had experience trapping this type of animal and were competentHe requested $up front, never mentioning a "no refund policy"He said I had to pay for traps, and was going to order themHe said I would own and keep the trapsThose never showed upThis was a total misrepresentation of their experience, and as such, a misrepresentation of their servicesWhen I finally cancelled their service I said I would accept $back and call it evenThey agreed and said the check was in the mailThis went on for about a month! I finally gave up and contacted the company that referred them, and the Revdex.com

All of our paperwork that is given to all customers state that once the service is started that no refunds will be issued due to the nature of our businessThis customer paid us for a service and days later hired someone else without even giving our initial treatment time to workI have attached
the invoice that states no refunds are issued once the work has been startedHe was lied to by the 2nd person he hired trying to gain his business by discrediting our workIt also states on the receipt that no refunds are issued once the work is startedSo I have attached a sample invoice that states our refund policy which was given to the customer

Simmons and Crowe is outright lying in their response. They have not 'shown us what work needed to be done.'  They've done absolutely nothing other than place a trap in the crawlspace, which has never caught anything.  I've...

advised them to come pick it up, and they are no longer responding.
They did not perform ANY exclusion work, which is what the $450 charge is for.  The invoice they provided clearly states the charge is to seal openings in the crawspace, attic, exterior, etc. Simmons and Crowe never even walked around our home to inspect these areas, they did not advise us what needs to be done, and they have NOT performed any of this work.  I have now filed a complaint with the Oregon Department of Justice for additional investigation into this businesses unlawful practices. Our merchant system only allows us to issue a refund within 24 hours after that to issue a refund that charges have to be disputed by the customer. We are going to go ahead and return the customers money at this point they need to go to square.com and ask for a refund again and we will not dispute it anymore. As stated in your previous response we did do work at your home. And in all of your complaints you stated we did nothing at all? This matter is now closed.

Did not hear back from him for 10 days so I called their office to ask about when they would be out as I was losing expensive fish every day. 3 days later someone showed up without calling us as requested. He went thru my stuff to find rebar to hold some traps. He placed 3 traps that were not even for the animal we requested be trapped! They were small muskrat traps he found in his garage. Finally I couldn't keep waiting as the problem was getting very expensive. I found another local trapper who came out and reviewed what had been done. He explained that whoever set those traps didn't have a clue what they were doing.
