Do not leave your vehicle! "Have a blessed day" really. They offer an inspection of your vehicle for $175, which I declined. I have had my 2002 truck for 16 years, I know what's wrong with it. I told them the problem, I physically couldn't fix it myself. I could not afford the double price compared to other repair centers in the area. No problem, $175 R&R fee when I picked it up. Tighting a couple of bolts, does not constitute a diagnosis, I told them the problem. They are not a reputable company, stop hiding behind God.

I don't know how many times we have talked, however each time I have ended with "Have a blessed day!" As I always do with EVERYONE. This world needs more Jesus!

You did in fact tell us you thought the starter was messing up. You also said there were a lot of issues with the vehicle and I explained how we offered a full inspection where they pulled the vehicle on the lift and went through it for a few hours over multiple points to find anything you might need to be aware of. You asked how much, I explained it was $150. You declined, no problem. It is completely electoral but is highly recommended for those who don't know much about the vehicle or had just purchased a new one. (This was never performed on your truck.) We continued our conversation, and you left the shop. I told you to "Have a blessed day" as you left.
It was confirmed that your starter needed to be replaced.
We spoke about two quotes, one with OE and another with a top of type line reman starter.. Nothing against you or another customers vehicle we work on but we do not want to see your vehicle back for the same problem so we use quality products with warranties to back them up.
You said the reman was better and that's what you wanted to go with because it was cheaper. No problem. You agreed to have the work done and I explained I would get an eta on it and call you back. Got off the phone, again with I'll talk to you shortly and have a blessed day.
Meanwhile, your truck is still in the shop... Your starter has been taken off because we are replacing it, per your request...
I call you with an eta and inform you that the starter wouldn't be in until the next morning. And explained how we are normally closed but he would come in and finish it if you needed it back unless you wanted to pick it up Monday.
You said you would rather pick it up Saturday... I then got off the phone again with, "Have a blessed day."
About 2-2.5 hours later you call to tell me you want to cancel the job because you don't want to pay for the starter.
Okay, that's fine.. got off the phone AGAIN, with "Have a blessed day."
You came to pick up the vehicle and tried to refuse to pay $175 for us pulling your truck in the shop, taking the starter off and having to replace it back on there after you approved the replacement and price of the full job...
Their had been time and physical work put into your vehicle. Which constitutes your bill.
