They sold me a car as-is, but wouldn't provide a CARFAX, and when I had trouble w/ car days post purchase, they refused to work with me I bought a RAVto replace a vehicle that had been totalled in a hit-and-run accident Three days after I bought the vehicle, I had to drive from BC to Petoskey, and every time I had to go up a hill the power would bottom out and the engine would rev so hard the tachometer was hitting I contacted the dealer and they said they could not help me(FYI, I have reason to believe that this vehicle may have been damaged in a natual disaster, due to the rust on the *inside [redacted] of the vehicle.)

To whom it may concern, I recently decided after looking around for several months came across a vehicle which interested me After checking it out and doing some research I contacted the Traverse City, MI branch which eventually led me to a sales rep Tim I have over the years worked in fields which involved customer service and have to say As far as I am concerned he went above and beyond to help me out He is quite the asset to this company

We are purchasing a [redacted] sense getting it under months ago and have had nothing but issues the head light assembly is burned and melted so doesn't work the starter is going out the interior lights don't work the car locks don't work along with a list of other things Product_Or_Service: 9/23/

I purchases a 09 Nissan frontier from North Pointe and the clutch went out with in the 3 month warranty. But the warranty doesn't over clutches. The warranty they sold with the truck doesn't cover the clutch replacement. I don't understand how you sell a manual transmission truck without a warranty that covers one of the main factors of how the truck operates. So I talk to the salesman who sold me the truck and he told me to get some qoutes from other shops in town to see if they can help me out. So I did what he asks. I email him asking me to call me when he gets a second. Turns out he went on vacation and didn't think to say something. So I call to talk to someone about whats going on. I was told someone would call me the next morning, didn't receive a call. I have to go down to the dealership to get answers about what I need to do next Because they won't call me. I go in there today to see whats going on and the salesman who sold me the truck was there and said he has to talk to th

I too tried to purchase a vehicle from Northepointe motors in Traverse City From day one we had issues with the car and I called, emailed, texted, etc trying to get something done I was in a short term lease situation, The cars side mirror fell off driving down the road, The ABS light came on, as well as several other lights The drivers door and passenger front doors would not seal shut, the back passenger door would pop open going down the road, or it would jam shut and not open at all I tried to get them to fix the problems or switch cars I refused to put money into the car that I wasn't going to keeplet alone I was paying almost $a month for it I was tired of being put off and ignored by both Northpointe and [redacted] company Now they are trying to take me to court for giving the car back to them When the owners son was finally involved after the car as returned, He knew nothing and said he would have fixed the problem Unfortunately it was too lateDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TIM B [redacted] he was the "salesman" I would have only given a 1/if a star if it would have let me

Northpointe will say ANYTHING to make salesIf you have issues beyond the final sale, you will be put off/ignored until you finally give up
this is a long story so I used bullets instead of sentences; -May our car blew the transmission -June our tuck blew the engine -June we called Northpointe in ** and she takes our info and sets up an appointment for June in *** for us to look at cars -June we go in and *** informs us he was never told we were coming -We explain we need a car only until we get our others fixed and *** tells us he is putting us into the shortest lease they offer at months and we can pay an early termination fee or trade up whenever we want - June 21, we take a Cobalt home for $bi-weekly -Sep 21, I call and get a quote from lady in ** of $including the early term fee and miles we went over the monthly allottment -She also sets up an appointment for us to take car in to *** to have it inspected and make sur

Fought with them to change one partWill not reply to phone calls about replacing rest of parts, over thousand dollars worth
