I have gone to Simmons Ford for the last years because my warranty has been on file with them and I was familiar with them Mostly I have had bad experiences and have been disappointed with their organization and communication skills After asking them NOT to do an alignment, they did it and wanted me to pay for it...it didn't need the alignment yet They also told me later that they would reimburse that price, then said that they do not know who told me that and have no record of this conversation I described the man, and am pretty sure of his name, but will now have to go down there and point him out, I suppose
I will never pay dealership prices out of pocket and have to work with these people again
I previously sent a complaint against Kwik Kurb by *** ***, he recently finally got back with me to resolve the issueYou can remove the complaint

To Whom it May Concern,We installed [redacted] lf of Kerb for [redacted] on April 10, 2014. Per contract she chose Integral color , sloping border Kerb in Cherokee Red and Cream Beige, it was installed per industry standards, Integral Color Kerb can have variations in color due to the process. of our customers are given instructions on how to take care of their Kerb, the curing time (which is 30 days). At [redacted] request we came out and resealed her Kerb on April 16th, April 24th and June 23rd. When she requested us to come out to do the annual reseal she agreed to discounted rate of $50.40. After our employees were finished with the reseal [redacted] refused to pay them. Our Warranty states that it will renew with the purchase of a reseal from Kwik Kerb. Since [redacted] did not purchase a reseal, her Warranty is void.
I will send copies of the contract and other documents by mail.
