owner of the furniture business did contact me last week and delivered our furniture on 30 Sept. He was very apologetic for not knowing about this. I informed him that we called the phone number on the receipt that was provided to us after purchasing the furniture but no avail. I recommended that he should setup a voicemail so he could receive messages in the future. Overall, I was disappointed that one of his employees gave us the runaround but appreciated the quick turnaround after the owner was made aware of my complaint that was filed with the Revdex.com. Our complaint has been resolved.
