On 5/2/16, I received a letter from you, the Revdex.com of Boston, regarding a complaint (#***) that was made by M/M *** & *** *** that I would like to respond to.On 4/19/16, I spoke with *** *** regarding some issues with her irrigation system that she
was having problems with and asked if I could come out to check things out. Mr& Mrs*** had been new customers of Simmons Irrigation, Incas of the end of the season 2015, along with another customer on *** *** in *** ***, MA. I went out to a property on *** *** on 4/20/and did not see any of these issues. I checked on the system and left the propertyAn invoice was sent to them the following day 4/21/16. When she contacted me again saying these issues had not been taken care of, I looked into the situation further. I realized that I went to my other customer’s property on *** *** in *** *** MA, not the ***’s property at ** *** ***, *** ***, MA and immediately called Mrs*** to explain the situation as I felt horrible for making a mistake like that. I told her to disregard the invoice and offered to fix everything free of charge as I would for any of my customers when a human error has been made. She said she would have to get back to me, and when she did, she said that she would like to “part ways”. I told her that I was sorry and that was fine.As requested for a desired settlement with the ***’s and Revdex.com, I immediately took care of the invoice so they does not owe any money to Simmons Irrigation IncThe ***’s have also been deleted from the customer database and I will not be going to the property that is located at ** *** *** in *** ***, MA.I wish Mr& Mrs*** the best in future.
