New to the area I called to set up an appointment with this dentist office. The receptionist was very terse and rude on the phone but I ignored the attitude and figuring it had nothing to do with me. She said I would have to come in early to fill out forms and when I asked if they were online and if I could fill then out there she snipped back saying that I needed to just come in 10 minutes early to fill them out. I work, and it is not always easy for me to get off. When it was time for my appointment I came in a little late- 10 minutes for something else important came up. I walk in profusely apologizing. The receptionist though was on her personal cell phone and while trying to check in she was talking to her friend and said "just a moment" to me. After getting off the phone the receptionist with a snarky attitude said " I was wondering where you were, we are going to have to reschedule". Again I apologized and asked when I could reschedule. She remarked the next appointment was 6 months away. She was rude and snarky the entire time- don't waste your time there- they lack professionalism and recruit workers who are rude and disrespectful.
