RE: [redacted] This is in response to the allegations made by Mr [redacted] andstated in your letter to me dated Wednesday, August 301h 2017.We have been Representative Payee for Mr [redacted] since Septemberand have always had a good relationship with himSince his moveto Alaska things have deteriorated as he has become homeless and hisincome is not enough to cover all his living expenses.We have had many conversations with this client over the phone andthrough emailHe demands that we make special trips to his bank todeposit money for his immediate needsWhen possible, we havecomplied with his impromptu requestsAny attempt to explain to himwhy we cannot always just drop service to other clients in order to makehis deposits just results in more demands and accusationsIt isfrustrating for us because we care about his well being.I don't understand the accusations he has made that this Agency hascaused him physical harm and influenced his habitat and safeenvironmentI believe this statement is made because he has not hadenough money to pay for shelter and other personal needs on aneveryday basisThis is unfortunate but when we make a deposit into hisaccount he makes the choices on how it is spent.I hope you can see from the income/expense report I am providing thatwe have not stolen from him, actually, we are allowed a fee of $78.00each month because of the type of disability he has but since he hasalways been such a gentleman we have until just recently charged himthe standard fee of $per month.In July, we started charging the allowed fee of $because of theextra work involved in serving his account.l hope this information will satisfy this investigation, if not, please let meknow and I will provide any documentation you need.arole S [redacted] Representative Payee ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***
