Simmons Used Appliances

I purchased a used refreigator from Mr.Bill Simmons on Friday,May 9,2015 and called him the next day to tell the bottom was not cold. He did not respond after he said he would-I called the next day he sent some man out and the problem wasn't fixed. I called next day and told him that I had spent $125 on another one before I had to keep harassing him for. That one I think he charged me and couldn't fix it in the beginning. I got another one he had his self and charged me $125 and this day we have called him everyday since then. He told my son he was gonna called Saturday night at 9:30 we heard nothing from him as yet. I need my money back and at least half on the one he couldn't fix. I am tired of these businessmen trying to get over on the poor man all the time. It happened to me too many times. I wrote you all about 2 car dealers. No satisfaction cause you all believed them. Lost more money than I care to lose. O by the way Mr. Simmons said he was going to replace the item but not yet. I lost food in both of those things especially the other one. He kept putting things on it that he thought was wrong.
